The Thorne Gym project demonstrates how thoughtful engineering creates architectural unity. This 20' x 40' glass structure uses the Sosoares OS sliding doors alongside ST fixed windows, with each 10' x 10' panel working together to create a continuous glass envelope that connects interior and exterior seamlessly.
The breakthrough lies in the custom manufacturing approach: bespoke window profiles were engineered to match the door systems exactly. The result is remarkable: when everything is in place, you simply cannot distinguish between what opens and what doesn't. The visual consistency is complete, creating one unified glass wall rather than a collection of different components.
